Very clean hotel and rooms. Beds comfy. Bkfst was pretty decent for what it was (no complaints). Staff professional & courteous. SUPER easy access on and off the highway. Rooms quiet (did not hear any of my neighbouring guests). VERY affordable. Was travelling from Kelowna back to lower mainland and found it extremely affordable. Hotels in Hope and further towards Vancouver a LOT more $ (sometimes for crappy hotels).

Evening and morning Front staff were both unexpectedly welcoming, very friendly, haven't had that kind if service in years! Even my kids commented. Breakfast was excelent, rooms were clean. We will return to this hotel.

Staff was overall very nice and helpful. Main issue was the cleanliness of the room which was terrible. Upon arrival we noticed hair throughout the beds that did not belong to us. We requested a new room but had more issues with cleanliness.
