Beautiful 3-level lake front modern home steps from the water of PInantan Lake. Our layout provides excellent space for unique family and group gatherings as well as relaxation. PInantan Lake is an electric motor lake perfectly designed for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and Paddleboarding throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. Winter brings a new level of fun with multiple trails, the potential for ice skating and ice fishing, and a twenty-minute drive to Harper Mountain for skiing, depending on the conditions. We also have a nice dock for all your water fun but there are not barriers between the property. Site includes parking for up to 3 vehicles. All onsite boats and equiment are not permit to be include in the rental you must bring your own. No gas power equipment is permit on or near the lake.

Upper-level - Master suite, including the sizeable 4-piece bathroom with a tube, large shower, and double sinks; there is al a walk-in closet, a queen size bed, a folding couch that turns into a double bed, and a private deck.

Main-level - includes the main entry, a large deck with glass railing, large picture windows for the fantastic views, a Barbeque, a Full-size Kitchen Gas range and lots of seating at two tables. This level includes the washer and dryer, bathroom #1 with tub/shower, toilet, and sink, and Bedroom #1 with a queen bed. The main living room is also on this level, with various seating and a flat-screen TV.

Lower level - Flat-screen TV with Xbox, lots of seating, a Bumper pool/card table, Foosball, and ping pong/ table tennis. From here, you will walk out to the back deck and then down to the lake. This level also has a large bedroom with two bunk beds, double bottoms, twin tops, and a 3-piece bathroom #3 with a shower, sink, and toilet.
