Great for going to Seaworld, everything else is average. Quite old fashioned, could do with modern makeover. One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable price.

The hotel building and furniture are old, but they have accommodation for young children (toilet seat for child / steps for the sink) which are useful when you travel with young child.

子供との家族旅行には、最高だと思います。 施設は古いですが、窓も綺麗で部屋からの眺めも楽しめました。 大浴場のシャワーなどの古さが少し気になりましたので、星を一つマイナスとさせて頂きました。

鴨川シーワールドに直結していて、小さい子を連れて行くときは便利です。施設は老朽化しているところもありますが、設備としては十分だと思います。チェックイン後なら、シャチに水をかけられてもすぐお風呂に入れて助かります！子供達は朝晩のビュッフェを楽しみにしていました。魚料理、ライブキッチンの出来たてお料理が美味しいです。食事に飽きたら子ども用のプレイルームで遊んで待っててもらうこともできます。また、来年も利用したいと思います。

子連れにとっては、とっても◎です。周りみんな子連れだから変な遠慮もなく、食事会場も大浴場も過ごすことが出来ました。家族で和室に横並びするのも子どもたちにとっては楽しかったらしく、良い思い出になりました。どうもありがとうございました。

部屋は古いし風呂は狭くて露天風呂も無し。 えっーて思っていたら、夕食は品数は少ないのですが、美味しい。 びっくり‼️普段偏食の多い孫があんなに食べたいたのは初めて見ました。そこで点数上げましたね。 それとシーワールドがメインの旅行なら最高ですね。２日間楽しめました。 楽しかったです。 部屋と風呂を改善していただけると最高ですね。 孫と一緒ならまた行きたいです。
