We had a family room which was wierdly a superking and a single bed rather than 2 doubles. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. The main thing missing is that this hotel does not have a bar! There are 2 restaurants which we didnt try as we felt they were very expensive but the lack of bar meant you cant get a drink when you're by the pool. The pool was nice and cool, and although there weren't many sunloungers, most people weren't staying there long, so we didnt struggle to get one. The hotel is convenient as its only a block away from Bugis MRT.

Great staff
The service was excellent as always Despite noise from some other guests, Jeffrey was quick to offer suggestions to rectify it and I was very happy to see Sobana again. Thank you for always ensuring guest comfort and I have seen how efficient staff are as usual again first hand bed and pillows were fabulous, room was towards the quieter side of hotel as requested.

Service executives really make the difference
There was construction work and prayer calls that broke my sleep but Jeffery and Sobana provided such excellent service in handling the situation that it is now my favorite place to stay. The staff are welcoming and actually put in so much extra effort to take care of guests. From before check in when i rang to double confirm my booking, i dealt with Jeffery who tirelessly had to man the lines while checking in guests. Even during peak period he never lost his cool and was an epitome of service excellence. Definitely management material Sobana is warm and endearing. Every time any assistance was needed she was the smiling face at the counter that i knew would ensure all issues were settled. The presence of such genuinely caring staff! Fabian& tricia were also pleasant &helpful when needed.While Faisal seems less experienced,he strives to be helpful & was very professional at all times. Wang dong was great at his room make overs and very polite. While the room dresser is dated,efforts have been made to upgrade the other fixtures and bathrooms. Soap dishes at standing height would be helpful too for guest comfort. The hotel is well placed with bugis junction and little india etc nearby. There is a slight hassle of parking as the car could not be parked for more than 42$ worth and if so the remainder is charged to the guest. This was not always 48h but sometimes less than 45h maybe due to the varying rates? Overall i thoroughly enjoyed my stay due to the excellent staff.

Good hotel in a prime location of Arab Street/Haji Lane/Bali Lane. Very friendly and kind staff working there. Property could do with some renovations, however it was still a really enjoyable experience. They even set up a play area in our room for our toddler (never experienced that before). Thanks :)

Arrived very early in the morning and check in was quick and easy. Lovely nice and clean big room. Within 5 minutes of reporting the fridge not working in our room, the hotel replaced it with a new one. Location was great, lots of eateries and things to see. Not far to walk to the Metro station to go further afield.

Got room that smelled and was not what we booked, they changed rooms, second room airconditioning was not working, third room Airco worked but was old, 80’ never been updated. Furniture was broken and falling of the walls. Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation

Nice Hotel, close to Suntec area
Previously known as Golden Landmark Hotel, it has been refurbished and looks much better. We got a large room with a large double twin. The flooring has been replaced with wood laminate for practical reasons. Bed was rather firm which was fine for me, although my wife did not appreciate it. Shower area was rather narrow, but toilet size was pretty decent. The location was next to Kampong Glam with quite a few quaint food joints catering to Muslims, especially quite a few Turkish restaurants. It’s also a 30mins walk to main shopping areas like Suntec City and Bugis Junction, the latter also access to the subway station.

Village Bugis is well-located just a block from either Haji Lane and the Sultan Mosque. I was only there one night and checked in late and out early, so I didn’t get to experience the hotel much. For the price - a 10/10! It’s a little dated, but comfortable and convenient. This is my second time to stay, and I would stay again.
