Good studio apartment
Basic but clean and very well located. Easy check in and let drop off. Also had a well equipped kitchen for a studio apartment.

OK The key office place was wierd. And not obvious under all that construction covering. Should have been better signs.

Citykoti offers easy short term apartment rentals in Helsinki downtown. This time my place was mixed bag - the apartment was extra small, somewhat worn down and dirty. However it was at a good location, offered kitchenette and a washing machine and that's all what I needed.
Tiniest place ever! But....but...it was 2 blocks from everything we wanted to see. Close to the metro, buses; vibrant area. Not sure we would stay there again, it was so small, but we had a blast!
Major drawback was getting the keys and having no one help us.
Very safe area, just small!
Very convenient location. We were close to the train station about a 15 easy walk. Metro station and trams nearby. Very nice Tandori Indian restaurant a quick walk away.
Good location and clean/quiet room. Had a bit of difficulty trying to figure out the access when I arrived but got there in the end! No issues with the room however
Nice place, no problems, close to center. As described.

Great if you don't want to sleep.
I usually sleep excellently wherever I am, but I barely slept at all here. The walls were paper thin and I could hear at least two or three couples having sex and arguing at 3 or 4am, on both nights, the bed was uncomfortable as hell and it didn't feel clean. There were stray hairs in the shower and the keys were difficult to use. I got 3 hours sleep in total over two nights and I don't usually have difficulty sleeping.
Very good property, self service from check in to check out. I'm cool with it, but if you need check service with human, maybe not for you. Clean and convenient.
Biggest frustration is that the reception hours/facilities for these serviced apartments is VERY limited. We were forced to leave our luggage in a locker at the central station from our arrival in Helsinki at 9am, we couldn't get the keys until 3.30pm. Also you collect them from a postbox in the building's ground floor, so we never saw any staff the whole time we stayed there.
The apartment itself was fine, it served its purpose and was big enough for 2 people, with sufficient cooking facilities. It's located close to the central bus station/metro station and a big shopping centre with plenty of restaurants/supermarkets close by. Also 5 min walk to rock church, 15 mins to train station and centre of town. Overall good value for money and would consider staying again if we're back in Helsinki.
Horrible hotel - the only good thing was it’s location right in downtown. Super uncomfortable hard beds(it’s probably softer to sleep on the floor!), hard wood chairs so there was nowhere to comfortably sit in the room. Impossible small bathroom with no room to move in the shower without turning the water off. There was only 4 small packs of shampoo( enough for 2 days, and we stayed 2 weeks) and 1”x1” piece of soap. No cleaning services during your stay. The room looked completely different compared to the picture online. The female assistant at the main office was extremely rude to us. We were given only 1 key so we couldn’t even go and explore the city separately! Online it was posted as a 4 star hotel, but I would say it’s below 1. We will NEVER stay there again!

Quaint
This place has a great location and a cool feel. It's small but has everything. Part B was hard to find (through the car port). I never actually met anyone working there.
