My 7 yrs old son have allergies to tree.nuts and dust. When we came to room my son sat on the arm chair and watched his iPad and after few mins he started to complain of itchiness and started to rub his eyes and in few mins his eyes were watery, red and swollen. Good thing that we found store across the hotel and able to give him some Benadryl and it helped after 2 doses. I am thinking the fabric chair wasn’t cleaned properly. May be crumble from nuts or dust mites.

The first room they put us in had hair in the bed and hair in the sink that clearly not clean the room. We later found out it was the last night they would be renting out the third floor where we stayed because it was being closed to be remodeled. This hotel looks to have been last remodeled in the 1970s. I can't believe Holiday Inn did this to us

Staff was friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Hotel was quiet. Great breakfast! Hotel room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Room included refrigerator and coffee maker. Reasonably priced, great local restaurant in walking distance recommended by staff (along with other options). We were traveling with another couple and would definitely stay here again - happy with this choice.

Staff was nice, good location to downtown, indoor pool and HOT tub! (Nice cus it was cold outside) we slept in so can’t vouch for breakfast. Ate dinner at Don Beto’s burrito plates are huge! Good enough for 2 people and well priced! If u eat an uppity dinner in town be prepared to pay $$$ wit subpar service! RR from Texas! Go Hornz!

At least the beds were made. The walls were torn, there was mildew along the shower, no phone cord to call the front desk, the room smelled, dust all on the shelves, and trash on the floor. When we told the front desk they said all we can do is give you points if you are an IHG member. With the health issue of the mildew and safety of no phone alone something should have been done to accommodate us. This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in tons. I highly recommend choosing another place to stay especially if you like things clean and fresh.

Great staff, coaches comfortable bed, loose tiles on bathroom floor, lots if missing grout as well. Corner of carpet near bathroom was wet. Advised Maitenance and they looked at it and assures me that the while floor is being shut down soon for a makeover and that my room would be closed until problem was corrected.

There was no hot water until later in the night. We returned from a 2-week camping trip tired and dirty. Since there was no hot water we had the choice of staying up late to sleep or going to bed dirty. Most did the later. I paid too much for that.

It’s an average hotel…older with a decent breakfast. Staff was really nice. The only issue was the put me next to the ice machine, laundry and elevator. I booked and paid for the room months in advance. Should’ve had a better location
