Questionable cleanliness and uncomfortable
The location and easy check in were fantastic. Unfortunately that is where the positive part ended for my wife and I. There were dark mold spots all over the shower curtain which really made me question the cleanliness in general. We started to feel very congested and had headaches which I also wonder if it was related. The bed was also very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The room was very big and spacious for my husband, baby and myself. The room was clean. The only thing was that there was a discoloration on the shower curtain…. Which looks like mold? Not sure what it was.

Every sightseeing place is just 15-20 minutes walk away and the Omicho Market, which has great fresh sea food options is just about 5-10 minutes away. Overall, great stay!

We loved the easy access to the hotel and use of the large amenities room to relax before check-in or after check-out. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel and it's in a good location, walking distance from most areas. It was super clean, roomy and had nice furnishings. I also recommend visiting the tourist office down the street. We got great advice on local activities and excursions.

Great room and good location
Pros - big room, clean, excellent shower/bathroom and good location Cons - Do not offer baggage transfer which was very inconvenient, check in was a real pain the online process did not work properly and the lady did not help us when I asked if she could do it. have to pay for a toothbrush and pyjamas rental, towels not changed every day and was a pain to change. Also only 1 pillow provided with each bed. When requested another they do not provide.

Not a big fan of automatic checkin and checkout, but besides that, very happy with the hotel. They only provide soap so don't forget your toiletries.

Great location and hotel. We had adjoining rooms for our family which were very spacious. While there was a washing machine in the room, you have to go to the laundry room for ironing. Great location for Kenrokuen Gardens and Kanazawa Castle Gardens.
