Great location, right in the center of Kandy. Good sized locker in the room, but no lock on the door. Bathrooms were modern and clean.

Since the main road is very noisy, double rooms have no windows. They smell a little dump. The rooof terrace has nice views but it’s right Avery busy and noisy junction.

Central location, Simple neat accommodation
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Centrally located right in Kandy town minutes from train station, bus stops, temple, lake. The one night I stayed was pleasant. Clean showers, tidy rooms with individual lockable secure lockers for luggage etc.Quiet venue event on main road. Working air-conditioning in rooms. Ok linen, bedding provided. Awoke little itchy with several small bites on my sides - suspected bed bug???? That would be my only concern/complaint however I would still recommend and stay again. Good value, top location and wonderful staff, overall great experience

Close to bus and train station - good central loca
Staff were great but I don’t like rooms without a window. Light showed around the door which was weird and even though they said the hotel door closed at 11pm we were woken both nights by people after that time. Breakfast was ok but inconsistent. Would stay again staff and location were great.

スタッフの方がみんな親切です。 屋上で食べる朝ご飯も、キャンディの街が 見渡せてとても気持ちがいいです。 仏歯寺などの観光地へのアクセスもいいし、 食事できるところもまわりにいろいろ あるので、便利な立地だと思います。

利便性に優れたホテル
写真がお部屋かと思いきやロビー風景 周りの騒音が夜中まできこえるが、移動や食事には何も困らない便利な場所。スーパーもすぐそばにある。シャワーもあついおゆがでる。ただ、空気が悪いのが残念

정말 별로입니다. 위치는 괜찮아요. 버스정류장, 기차역까지도 걸을수있어요. 그러나 화면에 보이는것과 달라요. 하얀벽을 빼곤. 제 방은 창문이 없어서 너무 답답했어요. 디럭스더블룸이에요. 조식 정말 맛없고 성의 없어요. 가장 최악은 따뜻한 물이 안나오는겁니다. 온수가 잘 나오는 시간대가 있어요. 전 첫날 12시쯤 샤워하는데 미지근한 물이 나오서 물어보니 10분쯤 틀어놓으라하더니 20분, 30분이 지나도 결국 그대로. 담날 아침에도 마찬가지였어요. 정말 최악입니다. 계단이 많아서 케리어 들고 오면 죽음입니다.

開車很難找及官方提供的電話不通，當時雨很大沒可能下車找，只好坐在包車上圍繞市中心轉了幾個圈都找不到，因門口太小及LOBBY在1樓，我們司機問了好幾個當地TUKTUK都指我們到另1所同名的CITY HOTEL...可是GOOGLE 導航是對，最後留意到官方PO 的露台照片才找到。 房間很多螞蟻，沒窗戶，早餐還可以，房價偏貴

The best place to have a good sleep in Kandy!
The staff were all nice, helpful. And they are doing great at keeping the facility clean and safe at all time.
