Very clean. Nice room….but small. Great shower. Staff was VERY friendly. Very walkable to the Plaza. Only downside….had breakfast at adjoining sister. No coffee and one of two orders was botched. Did receive coffee later, but not happy it was not available when arrived.

The hotel lobby and staff were excellent. The lobby and lounge areas were clean and modern. There were several places to sit and relax with board games and a full-service bar available. The hotel is a short walk to the Country Club Plaza and our room overlooked it. I am only giving four stars because we were placed in a handicap-accessible room and it was massive. I would estimate that the room was 400 sq ft and it was difficult to get the regular hotel A/C to cool the whole space. Also in comparison to the size of the room, there was minimal furniture (a king bed and a small built-in booth and table at opposite corners) and very few table surfaces to keep your items. I understand the large space is to make it easier to get around in but it felt extreme and sparse. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I would recommend this hotel, I would just hope to stay in a regular room next time!

I hadn’t stayed at an Aloft property before and it was great. The lobby was nice to be able to work from. The rooms were comfy and very clean. I would recommend.
