Stayed here for the 1st time to see MNF KC chiefs! Great experience at the casino, amazing staff at the 99 hop house & the room was perfect. What an amazing shower bathroom combo! Definitely will be back!

Booked under hotels.com for my husband and children, like I have for years in many states and at many hotels. They arrived at 230 in the morning after driving for several hours. They were not allowed to check in because it was in my name and not his by 2 very rude women at the desk. I was on phone, but they refused to let him check in unless I was physically present. Because "we could be fighting and i could already be in the room and he could come in there and kill me". I would think they would no if i had already checked in, but I guess not. They said if hotels.com called them, that may work. I was able to get a representative on the phone but they would not answer. So after being exhausted and driving at night, they were turned away to find another hotel at 3 am. Hotels.com tried seveal times to contact them and they would not respond. I was still charged for the reservation we were not allowed to use. Numerous attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Would never recommend staying here. Horrible customer service.
