Has potential but needs major upgrades as it’s an older property. The hotel smells really bad in areas almost like sewer. We had to change rooms as we found a dead bedbug while inspecting the bed. We would have changed hotels but It was thanksgiving weekend and were on our way to the chiefs game.

It was convenient to our plans but we were on the first floor and the noise from guests coming and going made it tough to sleep. There was a lot of yelling, cursing, laughing and kids running through the halls, way too late at night. The staff were friendly and attentive. The sports bar staff was nice also. For the value and location it was sufficient.

Our neighbors had dogs that were barking all hours and when they finally arrived the dogs stopped barking but the people were extremely loud. The staff did their best to try and help get ahold of the neighbors but it was very frustrating as we had left our own dog at home to prevent this exact situation.

Run far from this hotel
Would not recommend staying here at all. Our room was dirty as if it had not been cleaned. The shower had dirt and pieces of grass in it, so my wife and I skipped getting the hot showers we had so been looking forward to after 14 hours on the road. I’ve uploaded a photo but it doesn’t show as well as in person. I think our bed may have had bed bugs as my wife and I both woke up with bites all over our bodies and have been itching for about three days now. Our room also smelled like smoke and febreeze as if someone tried to cover it up. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff was nice. When I mentioned our experience to the manager I could tell she felt bad. She tried to discount our room, but unfortunately since it was booked through hotels.com there was nothing she could do. Avoid this one like the plague, or you might catch it.
