We showered in the evening to find a dirty wash cloth hanging within the shower curtain, then my husband handed me a large towel to dry off and as I unfolded it, it was dirty and had hair all over it. We called down to the deck and not even a refund for the evening was offered.

Something leaked in the bathroom causing water to puddle outside the bathroom door. It was dangerous as well as inconvenient to have to keep it cleaned up. Check in was lengthy even though we has reservations.

I expect to get a refund for staying here. I found a bed bug on my pillow and had to change rooms from a 2 bed, to a 1 bed room. But when we were given our second room, they gave us a room that was already in use and we almost walked in on someone. Finally we were given a 3rd room (1 bed) and the bed made my back and neck hurt. The shower wouldn’t stay unplugged so the bathtub would fill with water during a shower.

Nice, clean, safe, and comfy. Close driving for activites we were in KC for. Beds were soft and comfortabe, lots of pillows. Breakfast had omelets with peppers, hashbrowns, 2 meats, biscuits & gravey, waffles, packaged pastries, many cold options. Would stay again if ever in the area.

It was a bit noisy during the night but I expect that with other guests. It smelt extremely clean and even the breakfast smelt amazing (I slept in and missed it ☹️). I would stay again!
