We really liked this hotel. The staff was super friendly, the check in process was very easy, and we liked the rooms a lot. (Was wonderful to have a larger size mini fridge with separate freezer!). Some downsides - the room was pretty stuff when we entered, and had a little bit of a bad, stale smell. LUCKILY we were able to open the window and air it out for a while, but if it had been a day later, we wouldn't have been able to do to that due to snow. Breakfast ends at 9am - this is too early. With an 11am check out time (which I love), it seems breakfast should run until at least 10am. Pool area closes at 10pm - pretty early on the weekend! Though no one came and made us leave, we felt we needed to clear the area. Would be nice to have extended hours in the evening, especially on Friday / Saturday.

Bad hotel
They did not clean the room and provide clean towels. They told us that at check we should have been asked. We were never asked. The breakfast was horrible. Danish was frozen, eggs were watery and sausage was white. Could not eat any of it
