I have stayed at a few comfort inns and they were all pretty comfortable and overall nice. This one was a different story. The beds were hard and we could feel the springs. The AC had mold in it and gave me hay fever. When I thought okay, let’s just get through the night and breakfast will be okay…it wasn’t. They diluted the waffle mix so much it was spilling everywhere. It just felt like anyway they could cheapen anything they could they did. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here and I would recommend staying somewhere else. I guess because it’s across the street from the theme park they feel like people will come and if the rates are decent they can get away with skimping where they can.

Room smelled musty the whole time we were there even with the AC on, carpet was dirty, had to ask for fresh towels each day. Clerk said there was a note on our bathroom mirror mentioning it when i asked for clean towels and I asked why i had to ask for them. There was no note on our mirror. The landscaping around the bldg had tall grass & weeds around the bushes and was very unkept. 1st floor smelled of weed the whole time.

Kicking back waiting on Freightliner
Room 303 right opposite the elevator. I was really surprised with how quiet the room was. Not much in the way of traffic noise from the interstate. I got a great night's sleep. Burger King and QT are across the way so very convenient.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We asked to switch rooms because the air in ours wasn’t working right and she helped us. My family’s window wasn’t locking and she got maintenance there right away. The breakfast wasn’t good, the coffee in the room tasted like dirt to me, when you walk in the hotel smells like mildew and it feels wet and moist. The room was clean and the linens were great. Thick warm towels. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the mildew smell and breakfast but I’d stay again for the staff and fresh lemon cucumber water in the front.

The room we were initially given had a broken refrigerator and we gad medicine that had to be refrigerated. We were promptly moved to a room with a working refrigerator. Staff very kind and friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

The entire hotel smelled musty /wet moldy smell the pictures where coming off the walls the tv was crooked the ceiling was patched we checked in and immediately checked out and stayed at the Hilton down the road

The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable. The people at the front desk were nice and prompt. The pool seem to be well kept. But there is a lot of drug addicts running around and they were very creepy made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. We felt like we either had to be away from the hotel or in our rooms other than that it was a pretty good experience.
