I decided to just pay whatever extra needed to get a place with a hot tub. When I was checking in another guest asked the receptionist how long the hot tub was expected to be down. The receptionist said he didn’t know, and that maintenance was aware but that was all the info that was given. I was working in the area all weekend and all I wanted was it simmer in a hot tub at night. I also took pictures of the notice on the ice machine that said it wasn’t working so we had to go to the second floor for ice. The place was clean and the breakfast was ok, but pay the extra $30/night for the holiday inn in the same parking lot

The staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom tub was slow to drain and the faucet dripped. The sink faucet was also loose. We reported these items to maintenance. Breakfast was the typical sausage, egg, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, muffins, etc.

When arriving into the room the AC unit was on it was freezing in the room with it only being 18 degrees outside. Also the toilet was full of poop. Very disgusted to see that.

I would never stat here again!!

We let the hotel know but our bed was broken, and we slept at an angle all night. We could not even move to the other bed because the sheets where dirty and looked like they had not been changed at all. We complained to the hotel, but they told us since we booked through another party, they could not refund out money or help in any way.

Our room was very clean and a very good size. The breakfast, for being a hotel breakfast, was actually pretty good. Lots of choices. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable beds and fluffy pillows which was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious but it wasn't anything more than the basics. Bigger drinking glasses for breakfast would be nice though
