The Crossroads Hotel certainly lives up to its name! It was artsy, eclectic with a definite Kansas City Flair. The rooms were clean, cozy and modern. The staff were amazing and supportive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a great stay. My room was very nice and comfortable. I booked an atrium room, which was fairly dark as there's no outside window, but that's on me not realising when I booked, and not a complaint. All the staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and very helpful. Can't fault them. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street where you can use the free streetcar to get around. Also, as a solo traveller I felt safe walking around the area around the hotel. Xxx.

Don't stay by the fitness center!
Stayed a room right by the fitness center, which is on the second floor. It was awful. Around 5 am we were woken up by lound bangs and constant loud noise from things being thrown against the wall and floor. They should not be renting rooms out that join that fitness center wall. It truly ruined our morning of tryinf to relax and sleep in which was very disappointing for the money spent.

Check in was effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. I love the chic, urban design of the rooms. I only stayed 1 night but definitely wpukd have loved to stay longer.
