I was placed in a room next to the service elevator. That was all I could hear the entire night. There was a street light below our room window. Even with the curtains shut our room was still lit up. Employees were not friendly but the job got done. Likely will not return.

Staff was great from front desk, blanket request and room service (great, simple menu…loved it). Mattress was way too soft and climate control difficult to keep comfortable. Either too hot or too cold.

Bad sleep

The people at the front desk was awesome. So friendly and fun. The elevator is sketchy. Bounce and shakes. I could hear every noise in the building. Walls are thin. People talking in rooms next to me in hallway could hear as clear as day. Was not able to sleep in due to noise. I mean so clear I knew the names of the people by us. I could hear through the wall every time the elevator moved. Probably the worst hotel for sleep.

We were there the weekend of the big snowstorm, and considering the fact that most everything around town was shut down, the hotel was able to take good care of everyone that was staying with them at that time. The staff that made it in, we appreciated every one of you.

There was construction going on right outside the room. If we had been warned, maybe it’d have been ok, but it was going all night. Beautiful view of the city though. Loved watching the sunrise For as “nice” as the hotel is, front desk staff was not very friendly

I've stayed here twice for work. Great location, walkable, nice views when stayed on 18th floor. The rooms, bathroom in particular is a lil run down and I'm not a fan of how close the bathroom door is to the toilet seat. I wish the bathrooms had fans so it doesn't get so steamy in there when showering. Deposit for incidentals is great, $50 which can't be beat. Parking is $25 as a guest. The food in the restaurant sucks though. I've ordered the top sirloin and it was dry and unflavored. The burger was super salty. The latte, meh.
