When entering the room we discovered a crack down the entire length of the mirror, the smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall and there was black hair on what should have been a clean towel in the bathroom. Also, there were no toiletries in the room. When trying to take a shower in the morning, i ran the water for 10 minutes while still getting no hot water. I called the front desk and they said try running it for another 5-10 minutes. I need to run the shower for 20 minutes before i can have hot water? RIDICULOUS! 0 OUT OF 10!

This hotel was incredibly dirty, mattress and tv strewn in hallways. Walking in the room in white socks left them pitch black! So incredibly gross.

The chair in my room was so bad, I nearly flipped over. There was no soap in the bathroom. The interesting was that the last tie I had stayed at this hotel, it was a pleasant experience. This time around, it wasn't.

I would not recommend this property to anyone in the right mind. This property is a drug property filled with crack needles and crackheads. They refuse to return to the rooms once they get high. My daughter was sexually salty, and I called the police. Please do not go there.

I checked in a little late so I didn't really check out the room much, but when I get to my room from work the next day I take a shower and notice there is what looks like piss still around the base of the toilet like someone literally just pissed on the floor. The shower curtain also has a giant stain looking like piss that happened to be lined up perfectly with the toilet when shower curtain was closed. Dried old food under/behind bed and chair. Honestly don't think the room itself really gets cleaned that well ever. Then I was asked to pay $100 fee or check out because my gf brought my esa over to visit for awhile which is literally federally illegal due to the fair housing act. My door lock continuously had issues so I had to keep getting help and the front desk attendant was never there. The number left to call would never get an answer either so you just had to wait until they felt like coming up front. This property was honestly just trashy and the service was abismal 0/10

Situated at back end of street, motel separated by chain link fence from freeway. Building next door had piles of clothes deposited by homeless individuals. Lobby bathroom had to be unlocked by manager for use. The manager was extremely helpful and cheerful.** Phone in room did not seem to work to contact desk. Bathroom door could not close-threshold prevented it from closing. Linoeum type wood panel floor so dirty it turned soles of bare feet black and had to wash feet after shower before going to bed. No amenity body wash for shower.

There's really nothing to like about this place aside from the fact that it's 8 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium. The floors were filthy. The locks on the door were broken. The one bed had a mattress that was caved in. (The other bed was ok) Dead cockroaches on the floor. Black mold around the bathtub.

The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. The complementary breakfast was a joke! The first morning choices were waffle, yogurt, cold stale cereal, and a couple slices of bread. And we there a little after seven. Monday was worse. No waffle batter, no bread, no hot water for instant oatmeal. Again we were there about seven in morning. Either offer what you advertise or cut it out completely!
