I would stay here again, but 2 things bothered me. A $25 charge (pet fee) for my small dog, and there was no coffee at the breakfast. They had one of those small machines that make coffee or hot chocolate but it wasn’t working.

The first room had bugs was moved to another soccer team was next door…no shower curtain chains on the back door…just awful the area i expected better but total disappointment. Will not return or recommend to anyone

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. They are doing some construction but that wasn’t a problem. Altho I have to say the rooms have been renovated and I liked them before, they were cozy. Now they look like every other hotel. But that’s just me. Overall a great stay.

Handy off of I-35 in an area with lots of suburban shopping and restaurants. Hotel is renovating so rooms are complete but common areas. Bathroom new but tic is very high with no grab rais and lippery tub floor. Fan did nothing. Fitness room small, TV and air conditioning didn't function. Equipment good but old, ready for retirement. Good sleep but just an average place.

I would have given this hotel higher ratings, but they were going through a major re-model. The service was very good, the staff friendly. The internet worked well. My room must have been recently remodeled and was quite pleasant. However, during my stay, the pool was being redone and good portion of the drive was filled with shipping pods. All total, a nice hotel but not fancy.

Loved the staff, room was very clean. They had long stay guests on my floor who cooked in there room so those smells were in the hall. Not bad just different than I expected.
