I was a little nervous after reading widely differing reviews online. The hotel was under construction but everything was neat and clean. We were given a remodeled room, which was lovely and very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The soaker tub was great, although a little difficult for senior citizens to get into and out of. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Well be back!

Al llegar al hotel sientes un olor penetrante a condimentos y comidas que se integra a las habitaciones de la planta baja, me enfermé con náuseas, vómitos, dolor de cabeza y agrura debido al olor, las habitaciones de la planta baja son viejas… No recomiendo este hotel no es nada de lo que ofrecen en su página web…

The bath tub didn't have any safety grips on the bottom Very slick when taking a bath or shower. The tiles on the bathroom floor popped when you walked on the them Were not secure. The was no channel listing for the tv.

You get what you pay for.
My daughter and I stayed here for a 3 day softball tournament at blue Valley. Upon pulling up, parking was very limited due to construction (big metal containers in parking spots). Our room was on the 1st floor, when opening the door this nasty smell just hit you. We sprayed odor eliminator but the smell stayed. Was a smell I couldn't recognize but very displeasing. Every time you walked into the room you had to brace yourself for it. We had a beautiful view of a pond behind the hotel, couldn't open the windows due to huge rip in the screen and many large spider's that became our entertainment in the evening. After the second night, I did notice 3 small bites on my neck ( right). Thought maybe mosquitos but here it is 5 days later and I still have them and they still itch. Upon arriving we did check the room for bugs but didn't see any signs. Still when getting home nothing came in my house until it went through the washer. My daughter and I stripped and showered immediately. Besides a few other hiccups like lack of lighting at the bathroom vanity, food and dirt all over the rug it was an Okay stay. Would I recommend it, never. Would I stay again, never.

Not what it used to be
The hotel was HOT and had a very strong unpleasant food smell in the halls & lobby. The room was warm, humid & smelled strong of mildew. The bathroom area where the shower & toilet are, is in horrible shape. This hotel used to be a Fairfield Inn by Marriott and it’s sad to see the decline it has taken under new ownership.

Outdate. Mattress are old and too soft. Door to bathroom didn’t closed. Tile in bathroom old, toilet short, shower water slow to drain, Towels old. Breakfast was good.
