Shuttle was not as promised. On our trip back we called multiple times and was never picked up, along with other costumers. We had to wait in very cold temps and was told the shuttle would be there to pick us up. We waited for 1.5 hours and paid an uber.

It was fine. Clean enough. Our toilet was broken and very loud, but they changed our room for us the next day. The restaurant bar is nice. The staff were nice. Nothing to write home about, but it was fine.

We arrived late due to travel issues, but the employee at check-in was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the lobby was under construction and it seemed a bit run down all around the hotel. Very clean though. Beds were super comfortable and room was quiet. The hostess in the restaurant was great when we stopped for an early breakfast.

We have gone here for years & realized we must always go to the lobby bar before we go to the room lol because the bed was awful and room very dated…. Now we know. Overall safe property & we like the airport shuttle.

Hotel was great. Only issue was at check in the elevator was not working so had to carry my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that the room was nice and big, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again
