A safe and convenient stay for attending a concert at the T Mobile Center. The front desk staff (including the general manager who happened to be at the desk when we arrived) were super friendly and helpful. Both of our rooms were modern, clean, and have fun views of downtown from our windows. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at Hampton Inn/Financial District were wonderful. We also appreciated the easy access to the freeway from the hotel. This location is also an easy walk to the convention center and other downtown amenities. he reason this hotel did not receive a higher rating was due to one of the elevators being out of service during our 3 day stay,

The A/C in the room was terrible, the pillows sucked, sheets were dirty, and the refrigerator didn’t work. We were in a room without a window and right next to the elevators so sleeping was hard. The staff was okay and we felt safe, so that’s a plus.

The faucet leaked underneath and the tub switch didnt work. The breakfast did not have many options that looked appetizing. Not a good experience overall. Staff were sweet and helped me with my lost phone.
