Not super clean
The hotel was nicely updated, however not that clean. The shower had lots of pink mold and there was hair on the shower floor. One of the duvet covers had a noticeable stain that may have been blood. The overall condition of the bedding was old and worn out, pillows were flat. Time for new!

Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Front desk staff was very polite. Easy walk to the free Streetcar which took us everywhere that we needed to go for the weekend.

We came for the Hallmark experience weekend. Hotel was fabulous. We took public transportation and also visited a museum. Really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was super friendly as folks from Missouri typically are!

Staff was helpful, we arrived late and tired with 2 young grandchildren, our 1st room we were given when we walked in it hadn’t been cleaned, beds unmade, etc. We were given a second room, room was fine, although right next to the elevator, had elevator noises throughout the night. Overall it wasn’t terrible experience, but I definitely expected better from Hampton Inn, usually our favorite stay hotel!

A safe and convenient stay for attending a concert at the T Mobile Center. The front desk staff (including the general manager who happened to be at the desk when we arrived) were super friendly and helpful. Both of our rooms were modern, clean, and have fun views of downtown from our windows. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at Hampton Inn/Financial District were wonderful. We also appreciated the easy access to the freeway from the hotel. This location is also an easy walk to the convention center and other downtown amenities. he reason this hotel did not receive a higher rating was due to one of the elevators being out of service during our 3 day stay,
