The couch was terribly worn and dirty. There appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. Bulbs burnt out in light fixtures. Very outdated and disappointing for a Hilton.

My husband and I stayed at this property the night before we both flew off to separate coasts for work. For some reason, it was just perfect. We took a swim in the pool under the soft glowing light outside, ate dinner in the restaurant and slept soundly snuggled together. The staff was nice, the accommodations, while slightly dated, were decent and we left giggling and eager to see one another in a few weeks. Thanks, Hilton.

We’ve stayed here before and have never had an issue before this trip. The room we were in was cold and did not warm up well at all unfortunately. Other than that somewhat larger discomfort, we will likely stay here again. The facility is always clean and the staff is great!

This Hilton is greedy and non-caring

I made reservations during a snow storm and because my plane had been delayed two days. When a miracle occurred and my flight was able to go off after one day, I tried to get the second day refunded. They were rude about it with me AND with hotels.com. Instead of compassion during a very trying and stressful time, they’d rather collect their $100 and $9 for their crappy breakfast. A simple cordial conversation and a bit of compassion goes a long way during a snow storm where you have missed multiple flights and days off work unpaid. I hope my $109 helped this manager pay their kids tuition.

We were stranded in KC due to a blizzard on 1/5/25 and in desperation to find a hotel, we found the Hilton Kansas City Airport. The hotel was rather short staffed due to the weather but they handled the situation extremely well. Some of the staff were working 20 hour shifts. They were overworked, and short on resources but they took great care of us nonetheless. From the wait staff, to the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, we couldn't be more thankful for the kindness and resilience they demonstrated. And to top things off, the hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were great, nice restaurant and lounge area, pool, fitness area. Wouldn't definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to all the staff who took such great care of us with limited resources throughout this major weather event!

I stayed at the Hilton unexpectedly when a blizzard shut down the airport. I had to stay 3 nights with no car and the only thing within close walking distance is a gas station. The entire staff was amazing during the situation! They were creative in the restaurant to create an unplanned buffet dinner while running out of ingredients and kept everyone hydrated and well-fed. They were pleasant and happy while working round the clock and being forced to stay on-site themselves. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!! The rooms were clean and pleasant, and they made a bad situation significantly better than expected. Well done to all!

Gross & awful service!

First bad experience was waiting for the airport shuttle in 15 degree snowy weather, they took over 30 minutes to get to us, there wasn’t room for half the people and the front desk wouldn’t take our calls, leaving us on hold. Get to the hotel, the wait is over an hour to check in, the front desk clerks didn’t smile at or greet anyone, they were extremely unhappy. Got to my room, couldn’t sleep it was so cold, heater was broken and they moved me rooms at 1am. The new room’s bed was stained with orange and yellow stains. Don’t even get me started on the disgusting pool and run down facilities. This hotel is rated way too high and the photos are a lie.
