Felt gross. Bathroom door didn't latch, so I couldn't lock it! Paint stains on carpet... yet the whole place felt like it needed a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast server was lazy and inattentive - on her phone most of the time in the dinning room.

The cards in the hotel say they have extra amenities, but when we asked the night shift worker for a extra pillow and blanket, he told us we dont get any extras because we have a standard room. Everyone else was very nice.

We will be coming back to this hotel. It was so close to Kauffman and Arrowhead Stadium. Very convenient and well kept. We had no problems.

Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, it was quiet. Staff nice. Plumbing issues in the bathroom need attention. No housekeeping service during our 6-night stay there. Very stingy with towels, TP, coffee. Had to ask for more.
