NO PARKING!!! There were major issues with parking, as in not enough parking. I counted the parking lot spaces and they were insufficient for the amount of rooms and guest. After going out to dinner we returned to a full parking lot. It happened twice.

Nice stay in Kansas City
All of the staff were kind, polite, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is close to the Power and Light District and a short walk from the free trolley that goes down to Union Station and to the City Market.

Stayed here passing through for a road trip back to Chicago and even with late check in the staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was I left something in my car right before checkout and got locked out of my room because the keys were already turned off even though checkout wasn’t for another 10 minutes. Other than that it was a nice stay!

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the t-mobile stadium. It was a very short walk and completely worth booking the holiday inn express. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast had more variety than I usually expect from a free breakfast. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown area. Has on-site parking. The room (402) was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard (eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal and fruit). The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. Tierra checked me in and was kind enough to suggest some places to visit. The manager was not so helpful. I stayed here for the Chiefs game but because of lack of transportation to the stadium, I would not stay here again if I’m in KC for game or anything relating to the stadiums. Although this location is convenient for trips to/from stadium or airports, it is good if you are in KC for business or visiting the city center.

Liked that it was a converted historic building converted to hotel. Dining room has great view of downtown buildings. Walking distance to jackson county courthouse.
