An enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were here for an AEW wrestling event. We needed one room with multiple beds/spaces as we had an exchange student with us. The King Standard multiple bed was perfect as our student had his own space with a door that can close. Although we had to pay for breakfast (except our kid ate free), it was delicious and convenient.

Rooms weren't ready for a long time. If you are staying there and want to be on time, like a game, think twice about this location. They claimed they were under staffed, but a lot of the workers, like the person who was supposed to inspecting the finished rooms was standing around or watching tv in the lobby. Then, the do not tell you, but parking is not included. I was charged $25 just to park in their standard lot, not to mention a handicapped spot. Thoroughly disappointed.

Loved the actual hotel. Wish the walk from the hotel to the streetcar pick up was a nicer walk. Walkways in poor repair, littered, not greatly lit desolate feeling at night.

The hotel looked new; well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable with plenty of lighting and modern conveniences. The hot water was fabulous; I love the hotter the better!! The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating to us. Gave us an early check in before the Chiefs game; much appreciated!!♥️

We had the first room right by the elevator. The outside/lobby music played well past 11:30pm and was very loud keeping us awake. There wasn't a lot of parking. On our first day we had to go inside to the lobby to ask what we should do. They told us there was another lot across the street, however there was no signage etc to inform us of that. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to talk to. We paid upfront for breakfast, however the first morning it took about 35 minutes for someone to come over. When we first sat down we were told someone would be right with us, but then nobody acknowledged us for 35 minutes. At the time there were only two other tables with people. I was frustrated because Serenity said they just needed a couple of minutes, but then to ignored us for over half an hour after that. If it was going to take an hour to get any food I wish they would have informed us.

My wife and I took a weekend get away and stayed 2 nights. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished. The staff from check-in to the restaurant/bar were always pleasant and ready to help. The food was good and the portions were ample. The on-site bar was nice, and well stocked. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Prices were not terrible!
