Hotel ok, but has some issues
Hotel was clean. Not in a very active area. Needed to drive to restaurants and stores. Had an EV for my trip and although the hotel had a charger, it didn't work and they made no effort to see why or call the charger service company to get it fixed. Luckily for me there was a charger about 2 blocks away that was working. Finally, I asked for a late check out when I checked in. I was given until 1pm (I am an IHG member). At 1109am I received a rather abrupt phone call telling me I was susposed to be checked out by 11am. No record of my late check out and no interest in accommodating me. That was disappointing for sure. Long story short, hotel is ok, but I would choose elsewhere to stay when visiting KC in the future.

Excellent Staff and Very Helpful
I was in KC for the Garmin Marathon and knew I wouldn't be back in time to check out; however, my mother was with me and was planning to get back to the room before check out. Unfortunately, we didn't expect traffic and the front office of the hotel, after calling me about check out, worked with my mom. They allowed her to get there past the 11 am check out to gather her bags. It was a very stress free time and, again, I appreciate, how they were very flexible and willing to help us during the check out process.

Me and members of my family have stayed here several times in the last few months. It’s is a very nice hotel and close to Children’s Mercy Kansas City. The front desk staff, Issac on my last check in was exceptional. I wish the world had more customer service skills as he did. He went above and beyond to fix and issues and that we were happy with the experience. We will be staying again for treatments from children’s and this will always be my first choice

Our couple night getaway
We stayed here for 1 night, and it was perfect from the time we checked in till the time we left. The staff was friendly. The property inside and outside was clean and nice. The only bad thing we found staying here was you had to pay $25 to park on the property or your car would be towed. Also, if you leave the property, you arent guaranteed a parking spot when you return. I feel like a parking spot for your vehicle should come with your stay. But if you decide to pay the $25 to park, you should be guaranteed a spot all night.
