Everything was fine but they shut down the pool around Labor Day and we are there two weeks later and it’s like 100 degrees outside what a lousy excuse to not maintain the pool for at least another month what a joke

It was a home opener preseason game and very busy however things ran very smooth. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk was all smiles.

It is a cute hotel right next to arrowhead stadium. Stayed the night before the game abd got good rest.

Scared but pleasantly surprised
I was really scared about staying at this hotel with all the negative comments. Toilet too short, as I short man it was nice to sit on a toilet with my feet on the ground, could hear traffic on the interstate, well the hotel is near the interstate so I guess they could put up a sign that says guest sleeping please drive quieter. The room didn’t smell nor did the hallways. Didn’t find any bedbugs and everything worked. All and all nice hotel and will be back in November when we go see the chiefs play Monday night football

As the only hotel by both Kauffman and Arrowhead Stadiums, (with a lot of traffic) they still offer quality and cleanliness.

Its perfect location for the games but our room was in really rough shape. The walls were dirty,ceiling had water spots and cracked tiles in the shower. Dirty carpet too. Breakfast was good though. Staff at the front desk were nice.

The front parking lot is unkempt and makes the whole property look abandoned. We drove past it at first because it didn't look like it was in operation any longer. Our room had a dirty, musty smell and the air conditioning didn't work properly. After an AWFUL night's sleep the first night, I spoke to the front desk in the morning and she assured me she'd have maintenance take a look and place a fan in the room for us. When we got back to our room from our day's events that evening, there was no fan and the room was still warm. I tried to call the front desk from the incredibly dirty phone in the room, but there was no writing on the phone indicating which button was the front desk, so I just called the 800 number. No one answered. So, I called the 800 number from my cell phone and they answered. I told them about the air conditioning and asked for the fan I was promised and for an extra pillow. They sent a maintenance tech to our room who didn't speak English. We tried our best to communicate with him and finally just said ok, I'll be back. He never came back and we never got a fan or an extra pillow. The room was COVERED in dust and there were stains all over the carpet. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn't vacuumed and our trash wasn't taken out after the first night. The breakfast was almost good, but fell short. We were told they served from 6am-9am. We arrived at 6:15 and there were no serving utensils out, no drinks and the pancake machines weren't working.
