Hotel staff was amazing- very welcoming! Parking was an issue. I chose this hotel for the parking on site but wasn't aware that it was close to bars in the Westport area and that patrons of those establishments would park in the hotel parking lot. Could not find parking Friday evening- had to drive around until one opened up.

Overall, this was a very good place to stay. I would have enjoyed a coffee maker in the room or easy access to coffee in the lobby until 3:00 PM, but coffee was only available in the restaurant for a few hours in the morning. The room doors are extremely heavy and not easy to get in and out of.

Great Stay
Great room and great service. Room and bathroom look as though they have been recently renovated. The front desk and restaurant staff are very nice. My only complaint is poor television reception on several channels. Overall a good to excellent stay.

The hotel was nice and desk staff friendly. However, we had to ask for clean towels and to get trash emptied a couple of times. It was somewhat noise at times Beds were comfortable. Location easy to get around.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The hotel is ok. Nothing special but there is always some kind of issue. Remote won’t work, blinds won’t work, somebody else’s wet towels in the tub. The staff is always pleasant. I won’t be going back
