The staff and location were fantastic! Unfortunately there was an odd smell in the lobby. Our pillows were flat and then we received an unexpected parking fee. Plus finding a parking space in the garage was difficult each night.

Overall stay was good When we checked in- staff said it wasn’t in husbands name so he couldn’t check us in mind you it’s 130 am! This is after he waited 40 minutes behind air flight attendees. I go in- another wait for 30 minutes- behind more air flight crews. Then the lady helping crew steps away and doesn’t help me- so I wait! It’s frustrating to pay so much for a decent place to stay only to have to wait to almost 3 am to get to the room- which btw there is no microwave

Chiefs game weekend
Came to town for a Chiefs game, the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Power & Light district. Loved that they had a large screen tv in the lobby bar to watch football games as well. Would definitely stay again
