Old and not kept up to date. Needs an overhaul. Check in was not a good experience. 'Get your key and get out of the way.' Not those exact words, but this is the impression we got. Breakfast was good. For the price, I would say, spend a little more and get a decent hotel.

Terrible stay

This place was not good at all. The coffee maker was broken and when I took it to the front desk they never gave me another one. I had to go downstairs to get my coffee. Both the sink and the bathtub hardly drained. It was disgusting after we used them. It took about 30 minutes for the bathtub to drain. I tried to call the front office but the phone didn't work. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and there was no fan in there. I got sick after eating the bacon this morning. I would not recommend this place at all. Not worth the money I paid at all.

I had a pleasant stay here. On a cross country trip, this place was a great choice. It's next to a highway, but I didn't hear it at all, very quiet. A very clean, well maintained hotel, and the staff was helpful and friendly! Monique checked us in and she was fantastic and helpful. Lilian checked us out and was also very helpful. They are pet friendly, with a large patch of grass that my dog was able to use. The laundry machines were clean too.

Would not stay there again.

The rooms were very outdated. The trim was falling off, a crack about the size of a half dollar was in the door from the hallway to our room, the ceiling above the shower was about to fall down from water damage.

Checked in late as I was traveling from Colorado to Mississippi. Great property and friendly. There was a large party in the lobby area with several active children. Everyone was having a good time - plenty of noise. I was given a room directly above the lobby and it was completely soundproof from the noise.

Good stay!! The bed was too firm for me and there was a hockey team staying there that was quite noisy late at night (but the noise was not the fault of hotel but the parents not controlling their kids) We would surely stay here again in the future if we come back to the Kansas City area!

Stop in roadtrip

We arrived past midnight and found the clerk sleeping in a back room behind the desk. We woke him up and got checked in which was fine. The bed was extremely firm and the pillows are little squares.. not like normal pillows. The breakfast in the morning was the typical hotel breakfast. The attendant working was super friendly. Overall, the room was very clean and it was fine for a place to sleep for a couple hours.

The room I reserved was not available and the room I got was not comparable. Then I was charge for two stays. Called and got a credit on the one. And several days later was charged again for the one night stay. Called Wyndham customer care after the second overcharge and since I didn't book with them, would not help. Will not stay at a Wyndham Properties again.
