I was dissapointed because the hair dryer didn't work. I asked a cleaner to help and nothing happened. when I called down a manager quickly let me into another room. also the folks next to us had the tv on very loud and at 650 in the am

The staff was very friendly, but when we got into our room immediately we noticed the lamp was broken and there were stains on the carpet as well as the window seat. It really wasn’t very clean and it looked like they hadn’t changed the pillow cases, the towels stunk.

The beds were normal. The elevator smelled like cigarettes. The room smelled odd but I got used to it every time after about 10 minutes. The cups for coffee in the morning could have been twice as big. Only one ice machine for the hotel on the first floor. The remote was dirty. The carpet had what looked like red lipstick/ marker stain. The tv worked but the channel numbers on the guide channel didn’t match the tv channels. It was exactly what I expected to get for $72 a night but wouldn’t go back again if I was wanting a great experience instead of an economical one.
