Overall room was clean, some rust and paint peeling but clean. But.... our room (326) had bed bugs. Only saw 3 after sleeping the night and waking up with 30 bites. Not all that great of experience.

Our stay for wkn was in RM 318. If you are sensitive to noise, this is not the room for you. It borderers with a utility room and i could hear a compressor of some kind going off all night. Also the refrigerator hummus a high pitched noise. The real problem was that we left accidently left and expensive I-pad behind and when we call to retrieve it , no one could find it. I told them that we were coming back to the hotel and going to call the police, because the Verizon signal said the I-pad was there. While waiting for the police, the lost I-pad turned up at the front desk. I complained to the manger on Monday and he was less than sympathetic to the dilemma since we had retrieved the item. I thought he needed to know about his employees, but he didn't seem concerned. Bottom line, CALL THE POLICE if you loose something here. We will not stay here again.

You are almost getting what you paid for. Manager and staff are not friendly or helpful and borderline rude. Room was pretty clean but in need of repairs (eg faucet in bathroom, shower head hole. floor tiles, torn cushion cover, few spots on bed covering). Bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a room with a single queen bed and it was pretty small but was well-equipped with fridge, microwave and decent TV, along with hair dryer and full size ironing board. Warm shower vs hot. Hallway needed a good vacuuming. Walls in elevator had missing molding. Breakfast was lacking-no bread for toast, mostly re-packaged items like sandwiches, muffins and yogurt, a waffle maker, coffee, juice and cereal. Once items are gone they were not replaced. Not sure if this is legal or not in Kansas…, but most of the times we came in/out the front entrance there was someone smoking cigarettes. Don’t love having to walk through/breathe cigarette smoke.
