Don’t do it bad stay need work done there
Omg where do I started with how we went fork two different room and that kept getting worse the room had one light and the shower would go down on the heat the toilet set broken on my husband and almost fell off and the phone didn’t work or the air would go down pass 75 so we where hot ask for our money back to go to another hotel but they said no refund but sure said u could just was a mess never again will I stay here

Everything was good for the most part. The lobby and hallway were very warm when we arrived. They definitely needed some air conditioning turned on. The bed was okay. The pillows could have been better. One was very flat and of no use.

Used to be a lot better prior to covid, the hotel manager is extremely rude, wouldn't get me an extra roll of toilet paper after i asked for one, had to buy my own toilet paper, the gym and pool are laughably poor. Definitely not staying here ever again

It was decent for the price. Would stay again.
The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and close to MCI airport. It was a quiet location and the room was comfortable. The lights in the room are on automatic timers so they will go off intermittently which was a little annoying. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked well which is important w heat in August. There was only a shower in my room, no tub. I had a single queen room. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was simple: biscuits and gravy. The pool was unkept and half covered by a tarp w army green water so dont expect to swim. There is a steak house and Cracker Barrel within walking distance, 2 other hotels and a car dealership surrounding this property.

I specifically reserved this room for the onsite pool, and after checking was told it was closed for the season. Upon looking at the pool it was obvious it had been clearly unkept for a very long time. Also, the room itself was dirty,soaps were open and used, shower floor had an odd brown crust and was slimy.

Mislead on amenities
This property advertised a pool, a fitness center, and a full breakfast. These are the three things we look for when booking a hotel. We got there and found out the pool was closed. The next morning, I went to the fitness center and all three machines were not functional. Then we went to breakfast and all there was was waffles and stale biscuits and stale cereal. We ended up having to go buy breakfast somewhere else. We were told there was no manager on duty and we heard other people asking the front desk and they were also told there was no manager on duty. For three days, no one was available. Also, the air conditioner and fridge in the room were so loud that it was difficult to sleep. I will never go back.

I slept on the same bed sheets for two nights, there were no change of sheets and towels. There was leakage from the top to the combo and combo was shaking and shower head was badly damaged too.

Tina was awesome at the front desk, quite helpful, energetic, great demeanor and patient. however, some of the linens were stained. The mattress covers was dirty and visible from the flat sheet. The view from my room showed a dirty pool partially covered and pool chairs stacked and broken. The room was clean and the breakfast area was clean as well. My main concern is with the linens and towels being up to standard at the location.
