I would have rated this four starts if not for one thing. The bathroom smelled like urine and I stepped in something wet around the toilet area as I went to the bathroom. I, of course, scrubbed my feet multiple times when I showered right afterwards. If it had not been close to midnight, I would have gone to the front desk to complain. Everything else was very clean with crisp, nice sheets. The rest of the facility looked clean too. However, withe the state of the bathroom, I should have just stayed somewhere a little cheaper and saved 20 or 30 bucks.

The property and stay is fine. Nice and quiet. The problem i had wasn't with the hotel, it was with Expedia. They charged a surcharge for breakfast everyday, my choice to get the breakfast. However it was stated as a full breakfast. In fact the hotel only offers pre packaged boxes that are 10 dollars at the front desk. You have to use a microwave to heat up a breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich from a convenience store. Expedia charged $15 per adult for each day of the stay. So $90 extra for what was maybe $5-6 worth of a breakfast. Staff was friendly and hotel is amazingly quiet. Would stay again, but no breakfast next time.

The Sonesta was so amazing. I am not certain if everyone else’s experience but my husband and myself enjoyed every experience from checking in to departing. Ms. Paula who was the guest services was so nice and her customer service was amazing. She provided me with a lot of information about the property and also was welcoming with a beautiful bright smile. Despite me having to pay a deposit of $25 dollars per night it was still amazing. My room was awesome and the balcony, indoor gym, and pool were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend a hotel stay here. And please ask for Ms. Paula she’s amazing. We will definitely return

So usually when I leave a review I focus on cleanliness and value, etc. which were both perfect but I have to aim this review more towards the staff, specifically a gentleman named Jesse who was working the front desk. I travel often and it’s been a long time since I had someone check me in that actually gave me the level of customer service and welcomed us in a manner that made us happy to be there! So much in fact that we came back and stayed again the following weekend! I don’t know who needs to hear this afa management or whoever is in charge at Sonesta but that repeat business was because of your worker Jesse and my suggestion would be to promote or do something to keep him around cause he was phenomenal at his job! Enjoyed talking with him both weekends and honestly will be my go to hotel when I come down for games/trips! Thank you Jesse for making me and my family feel welcome, hope to see ya next time we come down!
