I paid for the extra person, but the extra linens were not put into the room or provided at check-in. The breakfast was very good. I did not remember that the parking fee was explained at check-in.

The only complaint I have is if you're on the side of the bed close to the AC unit be prepared to have the air blowing directly on you. We didn't see any way to redirect the airflow so I slept with a pillow on that side so it wasn't blowing directly in my face. Other than that, ZERO complaints. Thomas at the front desk was the kindest front desk attendant I've ever met, and I've been to a lot of hotels over the years. And the breakfast was probably the best my family has ever had as well. Would definitely return!

The front desk was very nice and accommodating and we interacted with at least 10 different staff members? All were very nice and helpful. The parking garage/hotel is built on a hill, so leaving the property is directly into a one-way street (from the parking garage) but it is easy to turn around at the first intersection. Breakfast is also very good.

The parking fills up quickly and I had to pay for parking to park my car on a slant . I didn’t like the slanted parking. Felt like the smallest wind would’ve knocked my car over. Overall great stay❣️ Very pleased 😃
