Okay area. They wanted extra $25 to check in at 2:00 an hour earlier even though the room was ready. Sorry I’m not paying that for an hour. I’ll go to the local bar for an hour

first I called to let them know that I will be there around 10pm the person wasn't polite at all. Check in I wait for 15 minutes to be check in. Breakfast not good. When we check out to even by have a nice day.

Excellent Stay!
I was very satisfied with my stay. After reading some of the reviews, I was not sure about the condition of the hotel but due to the proximity of the location we were staying, I went ahead and booked my stay here and I am so glad that I did! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The beds were comfortable, and I have zero complaints! They served a continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, fruit, and juice. If we are back in the area, I will gladly stay here again!

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy, there was holes in the wall. Cigarette Burns in the blankets. The baseboards were falling off and the staff. Was rude and unhelpful.

Overall this is whatbi expectes from a Super 8. However the carpeting was so dirty my wifebrefused to walk on it with bare feet. The caulking around the tub was disgusting and the towel racks and lamp fixtures were rusty

Upon my arrival at the property, I was greeted unprofessionally by staff like I was an inconvenience. I asked to keep my bags there until check-in time, which was confirmed I was going to be staying there, since I had an early flight and was denied rudely. I have never had this happen before at any hotel and I travel regularly. When I went back in, I asked for the managers card as she told me to cancel through Expedia to receive a refund. Unfortunately the manager has been unresponsive to Expedia and though I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, the property said one thing and has done the opposite.

Called property and tried to verify IF i had a reservation or not...they said no but thats OK...so i make reservations at a different hotel. Then when the check in day arrives i end up getting charged by super 8 because i supposedly had a reservation there. Verbally on the phone they said i didnt have a reservation, but when i went to the establishment after I seen the charge on my card they said i had one. I was not happy.

The staff was not very friendly and when we asked to move to a non-smoking room we were informed that they were all non-smoking. It reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door and there were very distinct cigarette burn holes in every single blanket that we had. It was the cheapest hotel around and now I know why. I will never stay there again and it wasn't even worth the cheap price.

Nice budget hotel near Worlds of Fun
It was a nice affordable hotel across the interstate from Worlds of Fun theme park. Room was clean and in good condition. Lobby was nice. Only complaint was orange juice seemed watered down, but nothing that ruined my stay. If I come back to Worlds of Fun again, I would definitely stay here again.
