Room was available even at 4pm
We checked 2:30pm, and informed that our room is not ready. We went sightseeing and back to 4:15pm but room is not ready. The front desk asked us to wait longer but I refused and asked to give us whatever is available. The front desk called someone and we got a room at Club level, but not clubs lounge access. Otherwise it’s a brand new hotel and facilities are new.

最高のサービスでした。
とても新しい設備で快適にステイ出来ました。大浴場やサウナもありゆっくり疲れを癒せてよかったです。街中のマッサージ屋さんに行きたったので予約の取り継ぎも快くして頂いて助かりました。近くにMRTやデパートが有りアクセスも便利でした。朝ごはんのメニューも豊富で、好きな果物でスムージーも作って貰えて素敵でした。高雄に行く際はまた宿泊したいと思います。
