Our apartment was very dated. It is nice place in general. Apartment smell was unpleasant- humid and moldy. We had issues with shower head(moldy) and bathtub stopper, however it was replaced by nice staff. Towel service was also not so good- there were multiple days when pool towels were not available due to laundry. Staff should work on it so towels will be available in the morning. I will also stress that at least 1 pan in the apartment should be non-stick as it was hard to cook scrambled eggs. People working at the Plantation Hale are very nice and pleasure to talk to. Any issues were addressed very quickly.

Good place to stay! 2 full sized beds plus 1 pull out sofa bed. Quiet neighborhood next to a shopping center. Room has a stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker. Has pots and pans, plates, silverware, and glasses. Good for family of 3 or 4 people. Would stay there again.

I would not recommend this place
It was a terrible stay as they didn't change the bedsheets. We could see hair on the sheets and it was very bad experience.. bugs in the room and not at all a pleasant experience

I somehow missed the fact that the hotel front desk closed at 8, and we arrived after that. They sent a message that had information on how to access our room using a code which was perfect. One thing that was confusing was that the message said “sorry we missed you during our front desk hours 8am - 8pm” and then “please visit the front desk for your parking pass.” Since I drove a car there I was unsure about the parking and whether I needed a pass. I went by the front desk thinking perhaps they had an after hours set up which would include my parking pass, but it didn’t. We parked with no issue but did arrive late and left early in the morning before the front desk opened again. The room was okay, it seemed clean but we did find crackers in the couch. The AC unit was in the main living space, and the sleeping room was so warm even late at night. There’s a small vent in between the living area and the bedroom that I think was intended to help cool off the bedroom. But it didn’t help it was very uncomfortable in the bedroom. Overall it was fine, just nothing special or memorable.

Great customer service everyone was very kind inside was nice not so happy about being next to the highway we could hear the cars all day and night we could hear the people upstairs and no ac in our bedroom just living room other then that was a nice spot the vip exp was just a goody bag with some drinks and a chocolate

We had a quick stay here for reception just walking distance. 2 beds 1 bathroom with pull out couch. Pros - Restaurants and shops near by. CONS - Beds needs updating! Spring bed and we would already be sunk in. Bathroom small. For some reason my door code expired after the first night and had to get a new one. Receptionist was quick and nice to issue a new one.

This place is awesome, we have stayed here twice now. Read alot of reviews about it being "dated". Well we love it the way it is, if you dont like dated then choos the hilton or sheraton or whatever. We will definitely stay here again.

It was great having a kitchen area and a living room area. It felt like a spacious apartment rather than a hotel room. Location was great and the office staff worked with us even when our flight was delayed enough to miss our first night Thank you!
