Everything was amazing very helpful front ladies showed us good places to visit with the kids and the breakfast was grab and go but they had fresh fruit cups which I would say were the best and amazing views

Good location. Room had a musty smell. Air conditioning unit was difficult to operate. Despite being set at 70 it ran all night long, blowing directly on me. Room was perhaps 58 to 60 when I woke up with icy feet. Caught a bad cold. Was told by building staff that that's how they work. Really? The unit disregards the set temperature?

Roberta was so nice, very professional, & helpful. This is our 4 th time visiting the ISO. The rooms needed some more updating, & cleaning. The fridge was not cleaned well , the hook in the bathroom fell off, the cabinet drawer pull. The bathroom tub needs to be caulked and resealed. The breakfast is ok, the fruit cups were not ripe, We bought our own coffee and breakfast . The pool was cold, but usually the weather is so much warmer. The beds were comfy. The maintenance guy was super nice and brought us a new tv , when we got there, because they could not find the remote. Was wonderful that there were more bike’s available, we used them . The yoga was on point did it two days, was great. Mahalo!

Rooms were very dated, dorm-like with concrete walls, but also right next to the ocean with nice views. Musty smelling rooms need to be updated. Vinyl flooring lifting up due to bathroom moisture. Staff is very friendly, and tried hard to accommodate all requests, but old, musty room conditions are beyond their control. Didn't use pool except one day, and it was not heated. Quick in and out was fine for me, but would be an issue had we wanted to really use it more. Yoga with Harper was a great touch.

The grounds are kept so clean. We were on the 1st floor and the walk out patio to the pool was so convenient. Morning yoga among the sunrise was a highlight. Staff were courteous. Grab and go breakfast was just what a person needed to start their day. Great location!!!
