The worst for seven hotel I've ever been to
We got there at 2 and our room was not ready We went to the buffet and hot food the room got ready closer to 3, but the big problem was once we got to our room the balcony had a tall wall to my chest and the oven view that we paid $1500 per night for was only able to be look at if u stand up but if u lay on the bed or sit on the couch all u saw was walls We call them asking to change our room and get what was promised in the photos they showed us another room and said it will be $2700 per night extra we had to pay after going back and fourth finally we talk yo the main manager of the hotel and he fixed the problem and gave us the room at 8:30 pm so all day was waisted and they did not even apologize, I have been staying in four seasons hotel in the last 24 years of my life and this is not the standard. It was very disappointing.

Very pleasant check in experience. Totally enjoyed the welcome gifts. Staff were super helpful. Concierge was amazing and very informative. No waiting for front desk or concierge.. Lots of dining options. Golf course also very good. Canadian Hotel missing Canadian flag was bit disappointing:) Fabulous experience.

I take my family here every year and it’s always a fantastic experience. Their Italian restaurant NOE is a must try and the pastas are to die for. Sunsets at the adult pool are amazing. Service is always first rate. You really feel well taken care of every time you stay here.

What an amazing experience from the hotel itself, to the room, the staff/service, food, and beach. We stayed in the prime corner room and loved the two views. It was very relaxing. Highly recommend getting a massage while you're there!

Incredible resort with great amenities, wet areas were under construction during our time there but the resort did a great job of providing alternatives. Staff is always happy and willing to help. Only 2 complaints I have, Michael Mina’s fish house needs to revamp menu. Sorry to say, that was the worst dinner we had on the island. And more pool floaty for the resort guests. Many of their stuff made it over to the Disney resort side. Still a 5 star resort regardless, will be back.
