A week in paradise
Our family had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Island Breeze Oasis! The property location was great. Everything you could need is n the kitchen. Appreciated the highchair and baby gates, especially the colourful one that could be stacked or unravelled to block off more than just the stairs from our little crawler! Precious was just a phone call away and super helpful especially when we had a forgetful moment with our passports on the last day! Hope to come back soon, aloha!

Great rental
The hosts are great with communication. Very thoughtful and on top of things. Had everything we could need. Beach towels toys snorkels gas grill with extra tank kcups. Would 100% recommend. Can feel the love they put into thier home. Beds were hard, boogie boards could be replaced, and bedroom blinds let light in. Otherwise love love love.

We had a great time during our week in the Ko Olina area thanks largely to this rental. The owners are excellent at communicating throughout the process. Check-in was easy, and the owners took the time to meet us and walk us through the details of the house. We had a minor issue during our stay...it took no more than a text message to have them immediately respond and make a plan to rectify it. I was so impressed...this is exactly how a rental property should be managed. The place is comfortable, with parking, good wifi (I had to work remotely one day), and all of the amenities one would need. We didn't end up using the pool or gym associated with the complex since we had family in the Marriott and Aulani, but the option was nice to have. The owners had extra bedding and cribs and gates for young children. We made use of the cooler, beach blankets, and beach toys as well. Overall, glad we chose this place.

This property is in a beautiful location close to the beach. It was clean and modern and the owners were very helpful and nice. My only observation for those looking to book is that it would only sleep 7 if your kids are little. There is 1 king bed with on suite, another bedroom with a queen bed and the pull out sofa is a full, my teenagers could barely fit it in the sofa bed but it worked out as there was room on the couch, just FYI

Grandparents, parents, one-year-old baby. Two bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. IDEAL. We were very comfortable. Place was spotless and every appliance worked: toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer/drier. Soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap supplied so no emergency trips. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Plus boogie boards and other beach items. Did I mention we had a baby with us? There were high chairs, stair gate, pack-and-play, beach toys. The host was easily accessible, friendly, and responsive. There is a nice patio with grill. The grill needs new burners. It didn't affect us because weather prevented us from using the patio. The walls are reasonably soundproof. We didn't hear the neighbors. This is a great place to be comfortable.

Precious & Broderick were gracious hosts! Self check-in was simple. Texts during our stay made it easy to stay in touch with any asks. FYA: VRBO shows villa location as beginning of Ali’inui Dr (Kai Lani at Ko’Olina Aoao next to Paradise Cove); Actual location is opposite end, beyond the Marina. Optional add-on: golf cart. Photos & listing provided by Precious are accurate depictions of the property. From top to bottom, villa was clean & comfortable, with access to extra items i.e., dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, rolls of TP (BYO special toiletries). Abundant linens, towels, & beach gear incl a rolling cooler. Coming from an islander home, we leave slippahs/shoes in the foyer. Loved the provided shoe rack & powerful AC! We travel light on the premise of having in-unit laundry during our stay to wash essential pieces adhoc. XL capacity washer/dryer were perfect for our family. Ideal to run a load after beach days & convenient to fly home with CLEAN clothes to unpack - IYKYK! Kitchen has dishware, silverware, glassware, & cookware. I love cooking (even on vacation), we stock up at Costco & Sam’s Club on Day 1 to prepare a fresh breakfast daily before each adventure. Fridge has filtered water & ice maker, BYO hydroflask! Froze 50 lbs of our favorite local kine grindz to fly home, thanks to the full-size freezer! Hit a lil snag midway - the Wards were kind & expeditious to see things all the way through, for which we are thankful & appreciative. A hui hou!

My husband and I can not rave about Precious and Broderick more. My husband's family is from Waimanalo and it was our first visit not staying with them. Precious and Broderick were amazing hosts. From the welcome basket to communication they went above and beyond. They made our visit to Oahu so pleasurable and stress free. There was an incident our first morning but let me tell you they made it up to us beyond expectations. HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for a VRBO on Oahu. Beautiful property, and supplied everything we needed. We will definitely come back to them when we visit next year! Mahalo and much aloha to y'all.

Exceptional Hosts, Great Home
The townhome was very clean, well stocked with cooking, cleaning and general supplies, including pool and beach toys. The location was quiet, comfy and relaxing with the beach and lagoons within walking distance. The true gem of this was the owners, Precious and Broderick. They truly want all guests to be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Not only did we get an early check-in, upon entering the home we were greeted with a welcome basket of local goodies. Then a phone call from Precious making sure we did not have any issues getting into the home, along with info regarding the home and the nearby area. She, again, let us know we could call them at anytime with questions regarding not only the property, but any questions. Halfway through our stay, we received a call from Broderick just checking in to see if we had any concerns or anything we needed. Such caring and considerate individuals who truly want you to enjoy your stay here. Thank you Precious and Broderick! We will be back!

Great family spot
This place was perfect for a family with littles. Baby gate, high chair, and play pen were all provided. Laundry was a necessity as well. The pool was a hit with our kids as well. Also, very close to lagoons so the littles are a bit safer swimming in the ocean. The responsiveness of the owners was quick and kind. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time in this beautiful condo. Well appointed, comfortable, very clean and they were sweet enough to check that we made it in when we arrived! Although it is a bit of a drive to Honolulu, north shore, and other hot spots, the community was amazing, quiet, and just the paradise you picture Hawaii to be. Well worth any drive. The owner provided us a lot of useful ways to navigate the area and what was available for grocery store s and the like. Thank you for your hospitality Precious, we enjoyed every minute! perfect place for 5-6
great place to stay, we loved the golf cart option but should have been included with overall cost, but I get it. the only thing I didn't like was the hide a bed, being that it was what I slept on, I think roll out beds would have been better and more comfortable. this place is perfect for 5-6 people. I had one too many, but we were there for my Mom's funeral so we rolled with it! Area was clean and quiet, beautiful resort and golf course. As a local returning home- I was satisfied with this rental and especially accommodating property manager, very nice! one thing we didn't get to do was the close out chores- we left at 5am and I didn't get email until we were boarding airplane for a 9am flight.

There is a lot that I want to say on this property, however. I am not allowed that many characters to type. So, I am going to try to leave a review two or three times and try To get my message out. Hopefully it works. Property issues / items not talked about in most reviews: When I review a property, I am just trying to bring to light issues that I have had and not to be negative but informative. This gives the next property renter an idea of what to expect, things you normally don’t hear about in any other review. All reviews say nice, clean, convenient but here are some issues to be aware of. I will start by saying what everybody says about KoOlina. What a wonderful, gorgeous, beautiful, absolute Hawaii gem. My wife grew up in Hawaii but now lives in Las Vegas, however, she remembers as a kid that the KoOlina lagoons were the beaches to go to. That’s why we wanted to stay there. Now, let’s get into what to expect when you stay at this property. After paying THOUSANDS (x4) for the villa. The THERMOSTAT is a smart thermostat which is set at 75 degrees and is controlled by the property owner or the property manager. This is not in the description of the property. My entire family sleeps with the windows open in the winter time. We sleep better with cool. We have a higher body temperature or a tolerance to cool weather. Even though there may be trade winds and ceiling fans that are provided in the rooms, it does not have adequate coolness for a comfortable night’s slee

First and foremost, I can’t say enough good things about the owners. They were such great hosts. Responsive to early questions, reactive when needed, great job making sure everything was going smoothly throughout, and thoughtful. Then there was the unit itself… top notch location for us and the unit was exactly as represented in the deception. There was only one issue, which was not that big, but the estimated location that is given when first looking at the unit shows that the unit is in a completely different complex. But, the complex that the unit is in is wonderful, so that wasn’t a real issue. And I noticed the difference right after booking, so there would have been time to cancel had I not liked the actual location. But, there was nothing not to like. As I told the owners multiple times, we were very fortunate to have found their property.

This is an awesome place to rent. Centrally located in Ko’Olina area. Near Aulani and the lagoons and several restaurants in the area. Listing was spot on and the welcoming goodies from the owner when we got in the house was a great welcome. Would definitely pick the place again.
