Friendly and polite staff. Hotel is old and outdated but it is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable too. Overall I had a comfortable stay which was good value for money.

No air-con, otherwise great for Europa Park visit
Location very good for Europa Park (as long as you have your own transport). Hotel nice enough and clean but room extremely hot and stuffy - no air conditioner unit. My room faced front onto busy road so couldnt open window due to traffic noise. Shame, because otherwise i would totally recommend this hotel for families visiting Europa Park.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und hatten nur 1 Klappbett (Gästebett) auf Rollen im Zimmer. Zimmer war zu heiss und man konnte sich nur aufs Bett setzen. Aufgrund der Hitze im Zimmer haben wir nur 1 Nacht dort übernachtet. Leider gab es für die beiden anderen Nöchte kein Geld zurück.

Grundsätzlich waren wir wie beim letzten mal zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Leider hat vorher jemand in unserem Zimmer geraucht, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Hotel ist, was uns als Nichtraucher sehr gestört hat.

gute Lage: Unterkunft sehr nah am Europapark; Restaurants in der Nähe ; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung Leider war unser Zimmer recht staubig. Die Dreibettzimmer sind für 3 Personen eigentlich zu klein und die Zimmer heizen sich sehr auf. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war unmöglich aufgrund des Verkehrslärm. Für das Parken wird 3 Euro pro Nacht in Rechnung gestellt.

Käfer im Zimmer, Haare an den Fliesen, alles staubig. Hier wurde nie richtig geputzt. bis tief in die Nacht schreiende Nachbarn und gestampfe aus allen umliegenden Zimmern. Alles hellhörig wie ein Zeltplatz.
