Arrive and feel good is guaranteed here. If you are looking for relaxation in an upscale style, you will find your new favourite holiday home in the Jazz Armstrong holiday apartment. This light-flooded oasis of well-being right next to the nature reserve welcomes you with its spacious, ground-floor design and impressive views over the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Close to nature, you can observe the wild birds living in the directly neighbouring nature reserve as well as the sheep that come right up to the fence. The idyllic setting is rounded off by the Schleimünde lighthouse and the white sandy beach, which is just a minute's walk away.

The spacious living/dining area with adjoining large terrace on the ground floor offers enough space for up to five people. Natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine, together with the ecological construction concept of brickwork and lime plaster, ensure a special indoor climate and cosiness. The holiday apartment is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen from Bosch offers every convenience. The open-plan design offers a view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, even when cooking. What more could you want from the sea?
Two bedrooms offer space for four adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds. A sofa bed in the living area can sleep an additional person.
The natural stone shower room made of Brazilian slate has a Finnish sauna and a large rain shower. Here you can experience true SPA moments! A guest WC provides additional comfort.
Thanks to underfloor heating and a fireplace, the apartment is ideal for all seasons.
The huge terrace directly adjacent to the nature reserve allows you to dine, relax or enjoy reading in the open air.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment.

Ich habe mit meiner Schwester zusammen eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht, da wir auch in getrennten Schlafzimmern schlafen wollten. Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass lediglich das DB bezogen war. Das 2. Zimmer (?), dass nicht einmal der Größe einer Gefängniszelle (7 qm 1 Person) entsprach, sollte wohl besser eine Abstellkammer sein (für Waschmasch. , die Dinge die das Bad auch nicht schöner machen ( Bügelbrett, Staubsauger etc. u. evtl. Vorräte wie Getränke) , Die Betten hatten keinen Lattenrost, schlechte Matratzen, keine Möglichkeit Reisegepäck unterzubringen, keine Tischlampe, man konnte sich im Raum gar nicht bewegen. Wenn man eine Wohnung mit 5 Schlafplätzen vermietet, muss man doch wohl davon ausgehen, dass dies auch 5 Erwachsene sein können. Meine telef. Reklamation bei Herrn Schell bezügl. des Bettzeugs mit der Bitte wenigstens noch ein Laken zur Verfügung zu stellen, wurde abgeschmettert: "Ich bin hier alleine, Sie können das Laken gerne abholen" (meine Anmerkung, dass wir bereits 6,5 Std. Fahrt hinter uns haben, wurde ignoriert). Auf meine Anmerkung, dass man das Laken ja evtl. vorbeibringen könnte, hieß es: "Ich habe um 21 Uhr Feierabend und fahre dann nach Hause. " Ein toller Service ! Auch am nächsten Morgen sah meine keine Notwendigkeit uns als Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Wir holten das Laken dann ab. - Weiterhin möchte ich bemerken, dass 2 Rollos fehlten (gemeldet nach Anreise). Auch hier hielt man es nicht für nötig evtl. einen Service vorbeizuschicken der dies beheben würde. - In der gesamten Wohnung gab es einen einzigen, ca. 120 m breiten Kleiderschank (für 5 Pers. ?), kein einziges Schränkchen im Wohnzimmer, einen Wohnzimmertisch von ca. 1 m Durchmesser. Ein Teil des Küchenzubehörs befand sich auf den Oberschränken (ohne Leiter nicht zu erreichen), kein Platz für irgendwelche Lebensmittel. - Der Sichtschutz in der Wohnung war ein Witz. Es befinden sich schwarze Rollos vor den Fenstern, die dann bei Benutzung zur totalen Verdunkelung (z.B. Bad und Schlafzimmer führen). Warum sich im Schlafzimmer ein Fenster zum Wohnzimmer befindet, mag zwar ein Geck sein, sollte jedoch einen Vorhang oder Lamellen beinhalten, um einen Sichtschutz vom Wohnzimmer aus zu ermöglichen. - Von einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung kann hier meines Erachtens nicht die Rede sein. Wahrscheinlich hat der Eigentümer hier auch nie gewohnt. Weiterempfehlen kann ich diese Wohnung und Ihre Agentur leider nicht. MfG Judith Rehmann
