In Kaprun, at the foot of the Maiskogel, you will find a spacious 400m² chalet that is ideal for a comfortable stay in the Alps. The chalet consists of two separate residential units that are connected, making it suitable for large groups without sacrificing privacy.

The living rooms are spacious and fully equipped, while the kitchens are modernly equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The nine bedrooms offer enough space for 18 adults and 3 children, and are equipped with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

The four bathrooms, one of which has a sauna, offer relaxation and comfort. Outside the chalet you can enjoy the terrace and garden, and there is a heated ski storage room for your equipment.

The location of the chalet is very favorable, with the supermarket and the ski bus within walking distance. As a guest you benefit from discounts on ski and snowboard lessons and ski equipment rental. The chalet also offers a carport for three cars and several balconies with views.

A fabulous stay
The house is lovely and spacious, lots of room for us to gather together and also plenty of space for privacy. It’s in a good location to walk to town and the ski lifts. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great family place
We enjoyed having a family get-together for Christmas in Haus Almkreek. It is excellently situated for slopes and town centre and offers spacious accommodation. It is a great place for a skiing holiday and should be ideal for summer lettings too.

Looking for a fabulous house in a superb location then look no further than this place. Stunning house with spectacular views within walking distance of all amenities. Although the house is split into two parts, it can cater for either small or large parties very easily. Highly recommended.

A perfect house for the big familiy.
Good location, close to shopping, close to ski rental, close to ski bus which runs to both Zell am See, Kaprun and the glacier. We were 13 people and could just gather around the large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped. All in all, a fantastic house where everything works.

amazing view , quiet & close to every thing
Just spent a great 7 nights at the property, it located in a nice quiet naberhood with a walking distance to Kaprun center, the house is very nice, well decorated with plenty of rooms, one of the great things is the amazing view of the mountains from your terrace. the large privet garden is perfect for the kids. its a nice relaxing place 👍🏼.

Nous étions un grand groupe d'amis, nous avons pu profiter durant une semaine des 4 massifs autour de KAPRUN. Que de beaux paysages, lacs et montagnes ! Le chalet était idéalement placé pour le départ de nos randonnées. Ce grand chalet nous convenait parfaitement, il est cependant divisible en 2 appartements très bien équipés aussi. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette destination.

Top Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage!
Wir haben mit 17 Erwachsenen eine tolle Skiwoche in Kaprun verbracht. Kurze Fußwege zum Skibus und Supermarkt. Die Bilder des Inserats entsprechen vollumfänglich der Realität! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief immer sehr positiv. Auf Anfragen wurde immer zeitnah reagiert. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Smith!

Great stay
We stayed in this house for our ski vacation and it did not disappoint at all. - The photo's on this website give a very good indication of how the place looks, it really is just as nice as in the pictures. - The location is great for skiing. Maiskogel bahn is walk-able (although a little far with ski-boots and skies) but if you have a car there are also all the other options to go to (Glacier, Zell am See and Saalbach). - The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of kitchenware for a large group - Everything, including bathrooms looked nice and clean - The house has some nice extra's, like sauna, bubble bath, drying room for the ski-gear, two kitchen areas and two living rooms. The one thing I did not like too much was the pillow, it was a little bit too thin and too soft for my liking. If you value a large pillow I recommend taking your own. I definitely recommend staying in this house! Great value for your money.

Prachtig verblijf voor grote groepen. Wij waren met 4 gezinnen(8 volwassenen en 12 kids). Prachtig uitgeruste kamers. Genoeg badkamers voor elk gezin. De sauna was top! Zeer goede ontvangst! Een aanrader!!

Zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Ruim en goed verzorgd huis.
We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in Almkreek. Het huis is goed verzorg en bied genoeg ruimte voor een grote groep met genoeg privacy voor iedereen. De binnenmuren zijn goed geïsoleerd dus voor zowel de nachtbrakers als de ochtendmensen genoeg rust. De locatie is ook top, zowel voor beginners als voor gevorderden zijn er mooie pistes in Kaprun bereikbaar binnen een kwartier. En met een half uur ben je in het gebied van Saalbach. Supermarkt is om de hoek om in de gezellige woonkeuken samen te eten en drinken. Al met al een aanrader, wij zijn in ieder geval van plan om eens terug te komen.

Perfect stay
We stayed 4 days in this accommodation. It was absolutely fantastic. Everything as discribed. Perfect also for summer holidays. Bakery , supermarket in walking distance. 5 Stars. We will definitely come back.

Geweldig huis met alle voorzieningen
Liggen van het huis is perfect, midden in het skigebied. We waren met 14 volwassenen en hadden ruimte genoeg, we zijn niets tekort gekomen.

Uitstekend vakantiehuis !!!!!
Wij hebben een uitstekende vakantie gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Super aardige mensen met een hele goede service. Wij hadden via de app contact en er werd altijd binnen vijf minuten gereageerd met tips etc. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van comfortabele bedden, er is een sauna en whirlpool aanwezig, de keuken is uitgerust met alle benodige keuken apparaturen, erg fijne bank in de woonkamer, er is een ruimte aanwezig waar je de ski's en skischoenen snacht's kan opbergen, grote tv. Hiernaast is het huis gunstig gelegen in Kaprun!!! Kortom: Dit huis is een echte aanrader voor iedereen en wij hebben met 11 vrienden erg genoten van de vakantie.
