Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Fina rum, skön säng. God middag och god frukost. Fick vänta ett tag på service i restaurangen men trevlig personal. Väldigt fint spa men vid kvällstiden upplevdes den varmare poolen och kallvattenbadet ganska smutsiga, flöt runt mycket hudavlagringar och hår vilket syntes extra tydligt pga belysningen i dessa. Se över rengöring/filter så får spadelen högt betyg!

Mysigt hotel, men dyra tillval
Perfekt läge mitt i stan bland alla andra hotel. Parkering kostar en hel del dock, men orkar du gå 10min kan man parkera gratis på helger och kvällar på andra sidan järnvägsstation längs gatan. Hotellet är nyrenoverat, bra ventilation och bra storlek på rummet. Välfylld minibar/kyl men alldeles för dyrt, kostar mer än nere i lobbyn, hur tänkte de här? Vi bokade via hotels och vi fick fritt spa, det uppskattas och höjer betyget. Det finns flera barer och restauranger. Den nere vid lobbyn har väldigt mycket folk, väldigt mycket liv, antingen gillar man det eller inte. Musik spelas på kvällarna, så lite ljud kan det finnas på rummet. Rejäl frukost med allt det som en bra hotellfrukost brukar ha. Plus för för SPA (om det ingår, annars kostar det 300:- per person), fräsch och mycket ytor på hotellet. Bra sängar och ovanligt stor tv för hotel. Frukost Minus för priset på minibar och andra tillval på hotellet.
