Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!
Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Langweekend
Min frue og jeg hadde et fint opphold i forbindelse med ishockeyturnering i Karlstad. Rommet var fint, servicen god og restaurant/bar hold god klasse. Fin SPA avdeling i kjelleren hvor vi fikk senket skuldrene en dag. Eneste ulempen er at vi måtte parkere i et parkeringshus og det ble temmelig kostbart.

Mycket fint hotell, modernt men med en varm atmosfär. Jättegullig och proffsig personal. God mat! Fantastiskt spa! Hotellrummet väldigt fräscht! Välfylld minibar. Generöst med en steamer på rummet. Det hade blivit nån miss så vi hade bara en handduk på rummet, och då undrar jag om det också hade blivit missat att fylla på med ett sånt litet ”Vanity-kit”? Annars tycker jag att det är något som behövs. Önskvärt också med plastpåsar i omklädningsrummet, som man kan stoppa sin blöta bikini i. När man bor på hotell har man ofta ingen egen handduk med att linda in blöta badkläder i, och väskan var fylld med finkläder. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.
