As the name suggests, the villa has a unique view of Motovun, the picturesque town on the top of the hill, which is also one of the symbols of Istria. Only a few minutes’ walk away is a rural household, where it is possible to taste simple dishes made of organically grown ingredients, a shop is 6 km away, beaches, various sports and leisure facilities 22 km. Motovun view villa offers to the guests an infinity swimming pool of 40 sqm, covered terrace with barbecue fireplace and dining table, two more terraces of 30 sqm and several parking spaces. Holiday home of 240
sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and couch, and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet
