Odamız başkasına verilmiş
Rezervasyonunu yaptığımız ve ardından telefonla da teyit ettiğimiz villa, otele gittiğimizde Arap turistlere verilmişti. Çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık, otel müdürü de sanki odanın başkasına verilmesi normalmiş, başka odayı kabul ederiz bitermiş, ortada sorun yokmuş gibi davrandı. Diğer villa ve odalar otel sayfasından görülebileceği gibi eşdeğer değildirler. Kaldı ki odamız başkasına verilemez. Kaba bir tutumla karşılaştık. Polis çağırmak durumunda kaldık. Olay ile ilgili polis tutanakları mevcuttur.
