Walking distance from Karuizawa station and the old town shopping street. Good breakfast. Good interior design. New, clean and tidy . Generous free blow evening drink and snacks.

Perfect Stay in Karuizawa
Superb easy cozy stay while in Karuizawa. The location is perfect to walk from/to Station, Outlet, Komoba Pond. Bus stop in front of hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Free flow alcohol drink in best vibe is so perfect for relax before get sleep. I will choose this hotel again when i’m back in Karuizawa.

お食事をホテルでしましたが、デザートプレートと紅茶をサーブされた際、それまでの料理はしっかりお皿の向きや置き場所は丁寧だったのに、年配の男性が最後サーブしてこられた際は、めちゃくちゃだった。最後に残念な思いをした。 また部屋に関してはおそらく前の人が使っていたであろうヘアゴムがベッドの横に落ちていたので、しっかり清掃されてるのか疑問に思った。 新しくできたホテルなので、期待していたが非常に残念な思いをしてしまいました。

The shower water pressure could be better, and the room felt very dry. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Convenient location if you're looking to get out of Tokyo for some outlet shopping and/or snowboarding. The hotel breakfast and bar were also very nice.

優異的位置，距離輕井澤車站大約7分鐘路程，銀座通時間也相約，走到雲場池大約5分鐘，酒店乾淨整潔，很有設計感，房間不大但設備齊全舒適
