"The hospitality was truly brilliant. We don’t speak Japanese and the staff were so helpful and patient. The breakfast and dinners were the best meals we have ever had. We are already dreaming about the flavors. One person in our party is very allergic to fish and is a vegetarian - they were so thoughtful and creative with the substitutions - she loved everything! The private onsen was also an amazing treat - nothing like a hot dip on a cold night looking at stars and bamboo forest. We would definitely recommend and return! The town is also just a short walk away (and lovey through the walking path through the park). Just a lovely, dreamy, stay."
