"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city - walkable to most attractions but also transport links easily available. We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"Conveniently located to the driver side and downtown area. We were greeted with a smile and enjoyed a comfortable and clean room. We felt safe, enjoyed the amenities, hotel dining and the surrounding area was quite walkable. "

"We really liked the room, would have been nice to have a couple of chairs to sit in. The bed was comfy but the pillows were very skimpy. Breakfast was amazing and staff were pleasant . Of the 4 times we interacted with the front desk staff one was good, a young gentleman, the other 3 times not great, my husband says maybe it’s a language barrier but a smile goes a long way."
