Ideally located in the south of the island of Kea in the village of Koundouros we offer our family house completely renovated in an old mill and its outbuildings.
Approximately 220m2, kitchen opening onto the terraces and the garden, bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom, two bedrooms in the tower with bathroom and WC and a guest house with fridge, bathroom and WC.

the beaches are 2 minutes away.
